Shipping Price
Shipping rates depend on destination and type of item shipped. We'll shop around to get you the best price.
Production Time & Delivery Estimates
We produce custom products and like all businesses, we're subject to supply delays and restrictions. While we estimate a 6-8 week production time for custom orders, we do not guarantee a delivery date due to the potential for production delays. Trust us, it'll be worth it.
Down Payments and Final Payments
All custom, non-stocked rod orders require a non-refundable down payment. Full payment is due within 30 days of rod completion. Any final payments made after 30 days will incur a $25 late fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns will only be accepted for non-custom items determined to be defective in workmanship or material, as determined by HTT Outfitters.
Warranty Policy
HTT Outfitters warranties that its custom fishing rods and products are free from defects in material and workmanship. HTT Outfitters will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials.
This warranty does not cover any damage to products that result from intentional breakage, accident, abuse, misuse, repair, modification, fire, or natural disasters/ acts of God.

Limited 1-Year Warranty: Custom Rods
For damages determined to be from normal wear/tear, HTT Outfitters will repair or rebuild, at HTT’s discretion, the exact same rod for the price of parts + shipping. If any parts are no longer available, they will be replaced with comparable substitutes. This warranty expires 1 year from the ship date of your order and has a one-time use limit. Rods must be shipped back in an appropriate rod tube or box. All broken pieces and guides must be included. HTT Outfitters reserves the right to deny any warranty claims that do not meet the wear/tear criteria.
